  8.   The REP Command allows you to send to the BBS a Message Packet
  9.   that was created with a QWK Compatible Mail Reader.

  11.   The REP Packet consists of a file that contains messages that
  12.   you have entered OffLine in a Mail Door.

  14.   GAP will accept your REP Packet (provided it was written for THIS
  15.   BBS) and insert your offline messages into the appropriate Forums.
